2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by CrystalViews are based on the information given by the customer, including property type, location, number of windows, window condition, accessibility, service type, and any special requirements.

Quotes may change if:

  • The actual job is larger than described
  • Additional services are requested
  • Windows or glass surfaces require extra detailing
  • Access conditions are more difficult than expected
  • Heavy buildup, paint, stickers, debris, or construction residue is present

3. Scheduling and Appointments

CrystalViews is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided before the appointment.

5. Service Limitations

While CrystalViews aims to deliver high-quality, crystal-clear results, some stains or marks may not be fully removable.

This may include:

  • Hard water stains
  • Scratched glass
  • Damaged glass
  • Oxidation
  • Paint overspray
  • Old adhesive residue
  • Mineral deposits
  • Construction damage
  • Failed window seals
  • Permanent staining

We will do our best to clean the glass safely, but we cannot guarantee removal of permanent damage or pre-existing defects.

6. Post-Construction Window Cleaning

Post-construction window cleaning may involve removing dust, stickers, residue, paint specks, and construction debris from glass surfaces.

Because construction debris can sometimes scratch or damage glass, CrystalViews will use careful cleaning methods. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, builder damage, defective glass, or damage caused by construction materials already present on the surface.

Customers should notify CrystalViews before service if windows are newly installed, specialty glass, tinted glass, coated glass, or have manufacturer-specific cleaning requirements.

7. Safety and Access

CrystalViews reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a job site appears unsafe.

Unsafe conditions may include:

  • Unstable ladders or surfaces
  • Unsafe roof access
  • Broken glass
  • Electrical hazards
  • Severe weather
  • Aggressive pets
  • Unsafe building conditions
  • Restricted or unclear access areas

If service cannot be completed safely, we may recommend a revised service plan or reschedule the appointment.

8. Weather Conditions

Exterior window cleaning may be affected by weather. CrystalViews may reschedule exterior services during heavy rain, strong winds, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related concerns.

Light rain or cloudy conditions may not always prevent service, depending on safety and the type of cleaning required.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be provided at the time of quote or booking. Payment may be due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For commercial clients or regular maintenance contracts, separate payment terms may apply.

CrystalViews reserves the right to pause future services until outstanding balances are paid.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Customers should contact CrystalViews as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or lack of access may result in a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
